Isaac Mugisha Tumwebaze lives in Kakoba, Mbarara. How the figures are checked
Every figure is read on the operator's own Ugandan pages and dated. Licence numbers are checked against the NLGRB list for the current year, not against another site. Money figures are quoted only in shillings and only when the page was read from Uganda or shows shillings itself; a euro figure from outside the country is not converted. Where two operator pages disagree, both are quoted with the date.
